Description

• Be both highly technical and an effective people manager • Execute the product plans and manage delivery commitments • Mentor the engineers in the team and help them deliver to the best of their abilities • Set clear career paths for your team members and help every individual pursue their growth path • Work very closely with the product team to develop and curate the product roadmap • Own and drive the tech roadmap. Manage the day to day activities of the team within the scrum framework

Requirements

• 2+ years of engineering management, including hands-on technical management • Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management • 8+ years of experience in designing enterprise systems, building highly-available, scalable, fault-tolerant, secure, distributed systems • Self driven, initiative taker with good communication skills, ability to hire, lead and mentor technical teams, meet deadlines, manage stakeholder expectations • Technical expertise in NodeJS, Ruby, React, Lambda, micro-services, Authentication, Authorization etc.
