📋 Description

• Own administration, configuration, and optimization of the recruiting tech stack • Design and implement process improvements that reduce recruiter friction • Partner with the Analytics team to define reporting requirements • Manage core recruiting operations workflows • Identify and deploy AI-powered solutions across recruiting workflows • Partner with Finance on headcount planning and IT on system integrations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR technology, or business systems administration • Deep hands-on expertise with modern ATS platforms (Ashby strongly preferred) • Demonstrated track record of implementing process improvements and automation—including AI/ML tooling • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to partner with Analytics on dashboards and reporting • Systems thinking orientation • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
