📋 Description

• Define recruitment strategy: understand team priorities, align needs with hiring managers, and build a realistic, fast-moving recruitment roadmap. • Manage KPIs like a pro: time-to-hire, conversion rates, channel efficiency… everything needed to continuously refine our processes. • Boost our attractiveness: implement initiatives to attract top talent, automate sourcing, and organize standout events. • Care for the candidate experience: from first contact through onboarding, ensure a smooth, human, Vroomly-branded journey. • Handle strategic hires directly: C-level, managers, and hard-to-fill roles. • Elevate employer brand: create and roll out a structured HR communications plan with memorable campaigns targeted at our audiences. • Build a solid onboarding program: work with teams to ensure each new hire has a polished integration experience. • Drive employee referral programs: internal and external programs to activate our best ambassadors. • Continuously improve processes: train hiring leads, update scorecards, and challenge the status quo. Nothing is set in stone; everything can be improved.

🎯 Requirements

• You have significant experience in Talent Acquisition (minimum 3 to 5 years), preferably hiring for Sales roles • You have experience in hyper-growth environments and want to work in a fast-paced, challenging setting • You set high ambitions for your hires • You have an entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, able to manage projects and implement processes • You act as a true Business Partner and can advise, challenge, and collaborate with Hiring Managers • You are known for strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and curiosity • You are rigorous, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • You embody Vroomly’s values (Expertise, Transparency, Proximity), as you will be a primary point of contact between Vroomly and candidates • Fluency in French and English is essential (Spanish is a strong plus)
