📋 Description

• Be the external face of Mendo on the talent market and operate an AI-native recruiting engine • Sourcing & Pipeline Execution • Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, communities, events) • Run AI sourcing agents and CV scoring to prioritize the pipeline • Conduct phone/video screens and create shortlists • Maintain ATS hygiene (Teamtailor) and manage stage-by-stage conversion • Negotiate offers and close candidates • Design end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing → offer → close) • Define ICPs (Ideal Candidate Profiles) by role family • Produce templates: job descriptions, scorecards, candidate communications • Lead hiring manager intakes (brief, must-haves, timeline) • Define and promote Mendo’s EVP (Employer Value Proposition) • Produce employer brand content (stories, day-in-the-life, team profiles) • Manage the careers page, LinkedIn, Welcome to the Jungle, Glassdoor • Lead university partnerships and the junior pipeline • Structure and run the employee referral program • Track time-to-hire, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire by role • Measure channel effectiveness and offer acceptance rate • Produce the monthly recruitment dashboard for leadership • Manage candidate satisfaction (NPS) • Operate the AI recruitment stack: sourcing agents, CV scoring, outreach sequencing, benchmarking • Create Mendo Skills/Agents to automate repetitive tasks via MCP • Continuously iterate on the quality of scorings and sequences

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency then in-house) • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or tech environment • Proven track record of independently closing tech and/or product hires • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS (Teamtailor, Greenhouse, Lever…) • Strong interest in AI applied to recruitment (agents, scoring, prompting) • Professional French and English
