• Building the platform of record that powers content creation and distribution for brands globally • Writing production-ready code and optimizing performance • Collaborating with Product Managers and Software Developers on the product roadmap • Communicating with the team through productivity tools • Participating in a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing • Working on personal growth and objectives with the Engineering Manager • Reviewing code and giving feedback to peers • Enabling creators to make a living doing what they love

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software developer role • Knowledge of front-end development (ES2019 JavaScript, React, CSS) • Knowledge of client-side tooling (Webpack, Storybook, Tap, Jest) • Experience designing and documenting APIs (Node.js, Fastify, OpenAPI Spec) • Intermediate-level knowledge of back-end development stack (Node.js, PostreSQL, Redis) • Eligible for Full-Time employment in Canada • Nice to have: Knowledge of React and key React patterns and libraries, experience with styling frameworks and Next.js, experience with building scalable production services and monitoring performance, experience with the Docker ecosystem
