📋 Description

• Act as a player/coach by training and mentoring junior team members while maintaining a requisition load • Serve as lead recruiter for positions across the organization • Create and update recruiting processes, including job description maintenance • Manage 1–3 team members, including recruiters and coordinators • Work with leadership to understand business drivers behind hiring • Partner with Finance on larger budget impacts and decisions • Drive team performance through OKRs • Partner with HR leadership to educate hiring managers and conduct interview training • Advise and guide managers through the full recruitment lifecycle • Provide an exceptional candidate experience • Build the company brand through interactions with potential candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years in a recruiter position with a track record for increased responsibility • 1-3 years of formal people management • Proven experience supporting a high-volume hiring environment • High level of comfort with ATS tools; iCIMS is a plus • High level of comfort using talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience as a key contributor in a fast-paced software development environment • Proven progressive responsibility, including handling high requisition loads • Ability to understand role nuances, team dynamics, and candidate motivators • Ability to advise and coach hiring managers • Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, persistence, and empathy • Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining quality • Commitment to fostering diversity of thought and experience • Candidates may be required to complete a pre-employment criminal background check
