• New customer acquisition: The hellomed Sales Engine supports you with AI-driven prospecting and outreach — you focus on the conversations that matter and drive promising leads toward closing. • Needs analysis & qualification: You conduct targeted initial conversations, understand your counterparts' challenges, and determine which prospects are the right fit for hellomed. • Product demonstration: You independently present hellomedOS, handle objections convincingly, and guide prospects step by step through the decision-making process. • Proposal & closing: You prepare proposals, lead price negotiations, and close contracts — you take full responsibility for your deals. • Shaping the company: Your market insights flow directly into product, sales and strategy — at hellomed, sales has a voice!
• Sales-driven mindset: You want to win — with structure, perseverance and a genuine interest in your customers. • Some sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required. • Self-motivation: You know what needs to be done next without being told. You set priorities, organize yourself and follow through. • Strong communication skills: You can listen, build trust and articulate the benefits of our solution clearly and persuasively — on the phone and in person. • Comfortable with technology: You quickly adapt to new (AI) software solutions and see digital processes as tools, not obstacles. • Team player: You work closely with the founders and colleagues — on equal footing, with short decision-making paths and direct feedback. • Curiosity about the care sector: You don't need prior nursing experience — but you can quickly put yourself in your customers' shoes, recognize a market undergoing digital change and speak with them on equal terms.
