Description

• The People Team Business Partner will be responsible for a wide range of People Team functions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clinical staff. This individual will collaborate closely with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that align with our company's values and goals. Additionally, they will play a key role in managing employee relations issues, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work culture within our clinical teams.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of proven working experience in Business Partner roles that specifically have worked within the healthcare industry with clinicians. Telehealth experience is highly preferred. • Experience working with both 1099 and w2 employees. • Experience working in a start-up environment and creating processes and policies from scratch is highly desirable. • People-oriented with a results-driven mindset. • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis. • Knowledge of HR systems and databases. • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and best practices.
