Description

• As an individual contributor, design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions for our SaaS platform • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and plan development sprints • Implement and maintain best practices for software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members • Identify and address technical debt and performance issues • Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the evolution of our SaaS platform architecture • Actively participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our software development processes

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or significant relevant experience • 5-7 years professional experience developing top-notch software at a Software Product Company • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or .Net • Strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture • Knowledgeable in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, or NewSQL • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, or Angular • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Possesses a highly technical mindset and maintains unwaveringly high standards • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
