• Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Highway9 Networks responsible for managing enterprise accounts in a given region, identifying new sales opportunities, delivering sales presentations, negotiating and closing contracts, and managing customer relationships • Creating, developing and executing sales strategies for the assigned region • Responsibilities include owning, driving, and being rewarded for business; managing all aspects of the sales cycle; engaging prospects in a consultative sales process; owning and driving strategic sales opportunities at complex enterprise accounts; working on pipeline building; managing successful customer evaluations and proof of concept deployments; continuously gathering product and market feedback; cultivating customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Experience successfully selling networking technology i.e. enterprise networking, security, wireless, and/or cloud technology • 5+ years experience driving complex enterprise sales processes, including $1M+ deals • Comfortable working in a roll-up your sleeves, get your hands dirty start-up environment • Experience selling to Global 1000 / Financial Services companies • Strong consultative selling skills and disciplined sales process • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
