Description

• Lead, motivate, and develop your engineering team, fostering a growth mindset and providing opportunities for professional development. • Develop and execute product roadmap, aligning priorities and goals through collaboration with technical leads and product managers. • Partner cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics, Telemedicine, and other stakeholders to deliver patient-centric web solutions. • Implement and manage processes to ensure efficient and effective execution and delivery. • Lead the adoption of modern web technologies and architectural strategies, staying ahead of the curve in this dynamic field. • Drive prioritization and trade-offs in defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals. • Ensure rigorous quality assurance practices within an agile development environment, balancing on-time delivery without compromising quality. • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing solutions that enhance platform scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in software engineering, leading teams to deliver in high-pressure environments (e.g. tight deadlines, evolving requirements). Expertise in modern web technologies and frameworks (React, Next, GraphQL, JavaScript, TypeScript). • Experience designing, building, and scaling web platforms for high-traffic applications, requiring the ability to prioritize effectively and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. • Clear and concise communication skills, adept at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences. • A self-starter with a strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. • A passionate collaborator with a "can-do" attitude and a focus on execution.
