📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth research to identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and other online resources • Think beyond standard job titles (e.g., identifying alternative titles or adjacent roles when sourcing for positions such as Controller, Finance Manager, etc.) • Research competitor companies and related industries to uncover hidden talent pools • Support headhunting efforts through outbound messaging and targeted outreach campaigns • Draft and post job advertisements and sourcing messages • Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups • Investigate candidate backgrounds and career paths to assess alignment • Maintain accurate candidate records and research notes • Prepare and send agreements using DocuSign • Track agreement status and follow up as needed • Support compliance and documentation throughout the recruitment process • Update and manage candidate and company data in HubSpot • Assist with light recruitment marketing efforts (campaign tracking, messaging optimization) • Support sourcing campaigns with data and insights from research

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, research, or lead generation • US Recruitment/Sourcing experience (required) • Exposure to headhunting or outbound recruiting preferred • Experience with DocuSign and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) • Interest in business, markets, and competitive research • Willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruiting strategies • Ability to conduct interviews (nice to have)
