• Business development and management of major accounts • Build and expand commercial relationships with major clients and principal contractors • Identify and develop new business opportunities with stakeholders in the energy, nuclear and high-risk industries • Establish lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within strategic accounts • Grow revenue in line with established targets • Develop and implement commercial action plans tailored to each client's needs • Actively contribute to the group's commercial strategy • Support clients in identifying their needs and defining appropriate solutions • Respond to consultations, tenders and complex requests • Negotiate master contracts and commercial agreements • Ensure project follow-up in coordination with technical, operational and support teams • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and develop long-term partnerships • Develop relationships with engineering consultancies, specifiers, operators, integrators and sector partners • Promote our solutions to key market players • Participate in professional events, trade shows and client meetings • Maintain active monitoring of regulatory, technological and competitive developments in your market • Maintain commercial activity tracking in the CRM • Produce reporting and analyses required to manage your activity • Monitor commercial performance indicators • Contribute to the continuous improvement of offers and commercial processes
• Higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with a commercial focus and strong technical aptitude • Minimum 7 to 10 years' proven experience in developing and managing strategic B2B accounts • Proven successful experience in safety and security fields, particularly in electronic security, access control, video surveillance, protection of sensitive sites or comprehensive security solutions • Experience with clients in the energy, nuclear, defense, sensitive industry sectors or high-risk environments would be highly valued • Strong command of complex sales cycles and technical environments • Good understanding of the challenges related to safety and security for sensitive sites • Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders • Strong negotiation and business development skills • Experience responding to tenders and managing complex contracts • Proficiency with CRM tools and commercial reporting • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams
