📋 Description

• Write job postings in English and German • Serve as the first point of contact for candidate and client inquiries via Slack and email • Screen candidates via video calls • Conduct initial interviews focused on core values and social skills • Perform active sourcing via LinkedIn and other platforms • Improve and build recruiting processes • Implement and use AI tools to optimize recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• Work efficiently, communicate clearly, and work in a KPI-driven manner • Confidently use Notion, including workflows, templates, and process development • Experienced in creating and managing job postings in an ATS • Interest in and experience using AI tools to optimize recruiting processes • Solid experience in screening and recruiting, including candidate selection, evaluation, and outreach • Experience in traditional headhunting and active sourcing • Ability to issue invoices • Based in the EU (GDPR compliance) • Fluent in German and English • Availability as a freelancer for approximately 20–30 hours per month
