• The consultant will be responsible for achieving sales targets for a designated commercial region; to do so, they will manage an existing network of dealers and conduct regular visits to promote retail and wholesale (B2B) sales. • Responsible for mapping the current network, proposing and facilitating the appointment of new dealers. • Conduct commercial/sales training for store salespeople and dealer staff. • Analyze sales results by state (UF), city, dealer, category and product, and propose actions to achieve targets. • Plan commercial activities, targets and business travel.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field. • Desired courses/knowledge: Sales management and advanced negotiation, new client prospecting, planning and negotiation, analytical skills for evaluating results, customer service (external clients), persuasive communication and storytelling. • Preferred: Commercial presentation skills and the ability to handle objections and convert them into opportunities. • Resilience, result orientation, strong interpersonal skills and clear, persuasive communication. • Continuous learning mindset, with a commitment to staying updated on sales techniques and market trends. • Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Willingness to travel.
