• Work externally to prospect, negotiate and close supplementary health solutions for the corporate segment (SMEs and Key Accounts). • Manage the full sales cycle, from active prospecting to contract signing, with a focus on revenue growth and business sustainability. • Ensure the profitability of commercial proposals, following the institution’s financial and technical guidelines. • Represent the institution at trade shows and events related to the area of activity, welcoming guests and presenting products and services, service capacity and specialties. • Monitor market performance and competitors, seeking to understand competing products and their similarity to the institution’s offerings. • Register users and/or beneficiaries of clients, validating registration movements (additions, removals) and keeping the client database up to date. • Prepare visit reports, specifying results obtained and keeping the direct manager informed about visit progress, sales volume and future market trends. • Comply with internal regulations, the requirements of quality management systems, and observe and comply with ANS (National Supplementary Health Agency) regulations, as well as health, hygiene and occupational safety rules and procedures applicable to the sector; use PPE/CPE (Personal Protective Equipment / Collective Protective Equipment) when the activity requires it. • Perform other duties inherent to the role or assigned by your immediate manager, provided you are qualified and the tasks are consistent with your knowledge and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics or related fields. • Experience in the role and in activities related to the health sector.
