📋 Description
• Oversee billing and collection processes for property management accounts • Perform monthly reconciliation of property management accounts • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports • Manage the CAM reconciliation process • Assist with the monthly close process for property-related transactions • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies • Collaborate with the property management team on financial transactions • Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in property management accounting • Proficiency in financial management and accounting principles • Experience in accounts receivable management • Skills in budget analysis and reporting • Ability to perform account reconciliation • Familiarity with CAM reconciliation process • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for tenant and vendor interactions • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
