• Prepare accurate quotes and confirm project details, ensuring our technical and production teams have everything they need to deliver flawlessly. • Keep our CRM organized: updating leads, opportunities, and tasks so the entire sales team stays on track. • Collaborate with marketing to turn campaign leads into real sales conversations. • Support Account Reps by sharing up-to-date customer info, product materials, and follow-ups that move deals forward. • Help maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular check-ins and account updates.
• BS or MS in Electronics, Industrial Electronics, CS, Physics, Business Management, or any other related field • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or technical industries. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident, extroverted, and persuasive. • Organized, proactive, and committed to following up with customers. • Excellent written English and attention to detail in all communications. • Experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), Google Workspace, or MS Office. • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote work environment. • Ability to learn new systems and product knowledge quickly.
