📋 Description

• Responsible for providing administrative support related to the network of accredited providers and supporting the department with other activities as needed. • Perform operational tasks related to updating documents and registration information for accredited providers, completing contracts, and configuring data in the system. • Register, monitor, and maintain partner records in the system by updating contracts and documentation. • Support financial/billing control for accredited clinics, laboratories, and hospitals. • Respond to system tickets and requests within SLA deadlines. • Provide internal and external customer service via email and telephone. • Perform similar and/or related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required. Preferred: University studies in progress in Administration, Health, or a related field. • Basic MS Office skills. • Experience with administrative tasks.
