• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive client strategies encompassing various creative disciplines • Be the primary point of contact for key business partners and advocate for their needs within the agency • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of client solutions • Act as the final decision-maker on key matters related to client strategy and campaign execution • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships to drive satisfaction and account growth

Requirements

• 5+ years of account management experience in digital marketing and creative agency landscape • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth • Excellent communication skills for client relationships and team collaboration • Track record of managing and growing key client accounts in the digital space • Deep understanding of creative, digital marketing, and development processes • Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments • Keen eye for design and holistic understanding of communications assets • Willingness to travel for client meetings
