• Own the end-to-end demand generations strategy, channel execution, technology stack, and performance reporting. • Develop compelling copy for paid demand generation campaigns and partner with design on eye-popping creative to support them. • Partner closely with the content team to execute targeted content campaigns towards desired audiences. • Run demand generation campaigns across paid search, display, paid social, and email to increase lead generation and build brand awareness. • Optimize campaign performance by performing tests, analyzing data, and resolving inefficiencies in order to increase ROI. • Partner closely with the sales team to target campaigns towards desired audiences and develop lead generation goals and benchmarks. • Oversee website analytics to determine if campaigns are meeting their marks. • Develop and own the demand generation budget. • Responsible for day-to-day vendor partnerships, relationships, and contract management. • Build and maintain performance and pipeline reports for all channels. • Develop benchmarks that measure channel and campaign performance.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience managing all facets of a top-flight demand generation program and executing demand generation campaigns across a myriad of channels. • Prior experience building and managing growth marketing budgets is a must. • Thorough technical knowledge of marketing operation systems, digital ad platforms, website analytics, email marketing platforms, etc. • Someone who has a big picture mentality and understands how digital marketing fits into the broader communications and marketing vision and functions of the company. • A great collaborator who can work cross-functionally with other functions both within the communications and marketing org as well with other orgs within the company. • Past experience working at a technology startup a must. • Scrappy, build something from nothing mentality. • Team player who is ready to chip in and collaborate with all groups within the communications and marketing org at Sure. • Experience in the insurtech and/or fintech space is nice to have, but not required.
