• Deliver high-quality event experiences that elevate brand presence and create meaningful engagement for prospects, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. • Planning, coordination, and execution of sponsored events, including exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, summits, and industry fairs, from concept through post-event analysis. • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including timelines, vendor coordination, contracts, budgeting, shipping, venue management, and on-site execution. • Track and manage event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines. • Oversee event merchandising and branded materials, including sourcing, inventory management, distribution, and brand consistency across all touchpoints. • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, venues, sponsors, and external partners to support successful event delivery. • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for sales teams and executives attending sponsored events, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and on-site support. • Identify opportunities to improve event processes, scalability, and operational efficiency across the events program.
• 2+ years of experience in the events industry • Fluent in English (written and spoken). • Spanish is a plus • Proven experience organizing corporate events and/or tradeshows of varying sizes • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
