📋 Description

• Act as the right-hand support to Director Kerry Wallace. • Manage, organize, and optimize calendars, meetings, and email correspondence. • Collaborate closely on ad-hoc projects and daily executive tasks. • Book travel plans - flights/transfers/hotels & online itineraries • Support weekly events at Carousel Nightclub and global/domestic touring events. Handle social media inquiries and obtain supplier quotes. (Note: Occasional weekend support required). • Manage function inquiries and general operations for this premier venue (currently expanding from 2 to 4 nights a week in October). • Assist with functions, operations, and quotes for a bustling 4-day-a-week venue. • Assist the editorial and ticketing teams for this leading electronic music media platform, including managing social media inquiries. • Conduct market research and provide ad-hoc operational support for this specialized ticketing platform. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across all businesses. • Set up and maintain AI elements/tools to automate repetitive, time-consuming tasks. • Run research across events, suppliers, ticketing, and industry topics. • Support Sessions Services and Mixmag with occasional research and tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or operations support. • Technically savvy and comfortable adopting and configuring software and AI tools (for example, ChatGPT or Claude, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make). • Strong organization and the ability to juggle multiple businesses and stakeholders at once. • High attention to detail and reliability. • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with a knack for handling customer and function inquiries professionally. • Ability to support occasional weekend requests, aligning with the hospitality and events calendar. • A genuine interest in electronic music, events, or the nightlife and hospitality scene. • Experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations. • Experience with social media management and enquiry handling. • Experience with ticketing platforms. • Experience building AI workflows or automations.
