📋 Description

• Manage client relationships as the client's main point of contact throughout the lifetime of a project • Coordinate the development of compelling proposals • Ensure client satisfaction by analyzing client needs and offering appropriate solutions and quotes • Handle budgeting, proposal writing, client relationship management, and timeline planning • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties • Process requests autonomously using standard tools and quality processes • Ensure delivery of finished products at the expected quality level within set timelines • Perform administrative follow-up of projects from launch to finalization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services and account management • Experience in the translation industry and Linguistic Validation, eCOA (electronic translations development) or COA (paper translation development) experience • MS Office Suite • Excellent customer service skills, including ability to communicate clearly with clients and resolve customer issues or complaints • Experience in the domain of clinical outcomes assessments and/or knowledge of linguistic validation is a plus • Process-driven and strong attention to detail with superior organizational skills • Strong team player, self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively • Experience in managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously and independently • Ability to ensure delivery of finished product at the expected level of quality within the set timelines • Administrative follow-up of projects from launch to finalization • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
