Description

• Specialize in supporting Salesforce implementation projects through Experience Cloud configuration • Educate, guide, and empower clients in the Idealist Way • Balance response times and approvals across multiple assignments • Plan activities from requirements to solution design • Escalate client or consultant capacity concerns to Client Success • Design and implement Salesforce solutions • Facilitate discovery through user story collection and prioritization • Stay up to date on Salesforce best practices and product releases • Advise and train clients on product enhancements, new functionality, and adoption opportunities

Requirements

• 3+ years Salesforce administration with strong declarative design skills • Experience in handling complex Experience Cloud implementations for nonprofits • Experience with UI related to Experience Cloud and an advanced knowledge of flows • Nonprofit Cloud Consultant Certification or Salesforce Administrator Certification • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously • Creative and analytical thinking • Experience with nonprofits Extra Credit: • Multiple Salesforce certifications • Experience managing projects independently or with cross-functional components
