Description

• Create and deliver data-driven sales enablement programs for AE’s, CSM’s, and SDR’s • Liaise with sales leaders to identify revenue team members' knowledge gaps and growth areas in product, tools, and process releases and updates • Create and maintain a library of sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, certifications, and other scalable resources, ensuring they are current and readily accessible to the sales team • Plan, organize, and follow through on learning activities, and training sessions to ensure continuous reinforcement, processes, tools, and product knowledge fluency • Act as a consultant to salespeople and provide helpful advice on existing processes, tools, and product features • Partner with revenue operations teams to ensure sales team members have a thorough understanding of go-to-market strategies and follow processes • Track the impact of training on sales representatives’ performance

Requirements

• Proven background in Sales Organization or Revenue Operations to understand the specific, related tools and processes • 4+ years of experience in a dedicated role in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development in a high-performance sales organization • 3+ years of experience within a SaaS organization • Experience delivering end-to-end sales enablement programs • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDICC, BANT, SPIN, The Challenger etc.) • Accomplished project management skills • Excellent communication (written/verbal) and negotiation skills
