• Main point of contact providing day-to-day support for Imagen’s clients • Triage calls, email and chat messages from all customer facilities as well as internal clinicians • Monitor clinical systems to ensure the operation is achieving its targets • Respond in real-time to support issues, resolve basic issues and escalate as needed • Facilitate provider communication on critical patient findings • Develop application expertise to provide support to physicians, clinical staff, and support staff • Identify eligible patients for programs through customer EMR systems • Input data into EMR systems and reach out to patients for appointments
• Associate’s degree and 1+ years of experience in healthcare technology support, or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology support • Recent healthcare experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong computer skills and capability of multitasking • Hardware support and PC troubleshooting experience preferred • Salesforce experience preferred
• Hourly rate between $24 - $29 / hour • Overtime pay and benefits provided • Remote position with flexible training schedule
