• 4+ years of HR experience • Ability to execute HR programs and initiatives effectively • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficiency in Google suite and strong Excel/Google sheets skills • Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion • Bonus: Experience in high-growth organizations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
