• Use consultative analysis and executive presence to grow revenue and achieve client relationships • Work with hospitals and health systems to optimize processes and grow hires • Own value creation for assigned book of hospitals and health systems • Create and execute growth strategies with clients focused on revenue retention and growth • Serve as a customer partner and advisor, helping clients achieve hiring goals • Analyze market data to deliver strategic results to clients • Build and maintain relationships with client C-suite and senior leaders • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and report to Director of Client Success/Client Success Lead

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in customer success, consulting, relationship sales, or account management • Provide client consultation to senior level executives • Achieve revenue retention and growth targets • Experience in fast-paced, high growth working environments • Background in healthcare technology or experience in nursing/recruiting preferred • Strong relationship-building skills • Ability to work in high ambiguity and rapid change • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities • Curious and analytical, comfortable converting data into insights • Enjoy being part of a collaborative team • Great sense of humor and speak sarcasm fluently • Travel up to 25%
