• At InMarket, we are embarking on an ambitious journey to become an AI-first company, and we are looking for a Senior AI Systems Engineer to help lead this transformation. In this role, you will be the architect of a new era, designing and building the foundational systems that will enable our AI and ML products to flourish. Your work will involve deep technical challenges, requiring you to innovate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies with our existing legacy systems. Your expertise will ensure that these complex systems operate seamlessly and efficiently, providing a robust platform for our AI-driven initiatives. Your role is critical in creating a safe and reliable environment for our AI applications, following the best practices of DevOps and MLOps. Your vision and leadership will guide the company through this pivotal transformation, ensuring that InMarket remains at the forefront of innovation in the AI space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering with a strong emphasis on AI/ML infrastructure. • Deep understanding of DevOps and MLOps principles, methodologies, and tools. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and scripting languages for automation. • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure provisioning tools. • Experience with workflow management tools (Apache Airflow) and ML lifecycle management (MLflow, Kubeflow). • Familiarity with deploying and managing machine learning models. • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, communication skills, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
