• Manage direct interactions with independent operators and small to medium restaurant chains, acting as the primary contact for decision-makers. • Lead the full sales cycle, from qualifying needs through to contract signing. • Analyze incoming leads to identify high-potential business opportunities. • Qualify needs, secure meetings, and build a consultative sales approach tailored to each client. • Present Innovorder’s offering and conduct demonstrations of our SaaS solutions. • Negotiate, close, and finalize deals. • Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams. • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of acquisition processes. • Maintain rigorous reporting via our CRM (HubSpot).
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a sales role managing full sales cycles. • Strong background in consultative selling. • Proven hunter mindset. • Expertise in ordering systems or POS/payment systems is required. • Strong interest in artificial intelligence and its practical applications in the role. • You already use AI or are curious to integrate it into your daily work to increase efficiency, relevance, and impact.
