Description

• Coordinate & schedule tasks, project milestones, deadlines, and meetings to ensure smooth execution of culture and change management strategies. • Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Culture Office, ensuring efficient management of schedules, projects, and strategic initiatives. • Support the monitoring and reporting of project progress, risks, dependencies, and enhancements, compiling data and insights to inform decision-making and adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and administrative support, ideally within a remote or global organization. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with team members at all levels of the organization. • Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools and project management software (Jira and/or Asana).
