Description

• Be the face of Insider to clients • Bridge between clients' needs and technology • Help clients understand their needs and match with our products • Ensure clients are utilizing our technology effectively • Monitor and facilitate customer's adoption of our technology • Work with data geeks, engineers, and product specialists • Develop key account plans • Provide constant feedback on market trends and unmet needs • Establish trusted adviser relationship • Plan strategies to help customers meet objectives • Bring new product ideas to the table

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields • Digital marketing experience in a customer-oriented position • Collaboration and relationship-building skills • Strong oral and written communication abilities • Self-motivated and tech-savvy • Embrace the core ethos of caring • Superior project and time management skills • Keen eye for detail • Passion for testing, measuring, and improving outreach • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced startup environment • Solid understanding of web concepts and digital marketing • Ability to work remotely
