Description

• As a Marketing Manager at InStride Health, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our mission and driving awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that effectively communicate our value proposition, reach target audiences, and foster meaningful connections with prospective patients, families, employees, and provider partners. • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and audience insights to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and revenue growth. • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and industry influencers, to foster community engagement and support. • Improve the patient/caregiver experience by helping bring appropriate patients through the funnel to conversion. Includes, but not limited to, ensuring consistent patient/caregiver messaging, optimized intake materials, application updates etc. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including intake, business development, payor sales, product, and clinical, to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless execution of integrated initiatives. Leverage external agencies in support of InStride’s goals and objectives. • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates. Monitor KPIs to gauge campaign effectiveness and recommend optimization for campaigns/strategies moving forward • Cultivate and enhance InStride’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and effectively communicating our unique value proposition to diverse audiences. • Assume primary responsibility for development, maintenance, and optimization of all marketing collateral including provider/patient/payor assets. Develop ongoing content for non-personal provider promotion (eg. newsletters, emails, website updates) • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitive activity; serve as competitive intelligence lead • Identify and serve as point of contact for 3rd party promotional relationships at the national and state levels • Help support internal communications related to marketing efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience (2-5 years) in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare, mental health, or related industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly across diverse audiences. • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, email marketing software, and social media management platforms. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing performance. • Collaborative approach, with a track record of effectively working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals. • Significant attention to detail and excellent organizational skills • Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively and efficiently under tight timelines • Curiosity and a willingness to learn and ask questions to improve outcomes • Experience using Google products to produce presentations, marketing materials, etc. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
