• Act as a functional consultant, leveraging your understanding of business coupled with subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making within the business teams to drive growth and mitigate risks. • Collaborate with business leaders to design aspirational career paths that foster meaningful conversations focused on learning, growth, and excellence at work. • Design and deliver innovative learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs. • Define and implement a robust performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans. • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of performance management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion principles. • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective learning and development programs that drive employee engagement and performance. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and talent management software. • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. • Ability to work in a start-up environment, think independently, and create scalable process.
