• Developing a marketing strategy to ensure continued scale in the midmarket space and build a brand that is accepted by upmarket enterprise accounts • Developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness among the target market & partner ecosystem • Defining and managing the company's brand strategy, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity • Overseeing the development of marketing programs, including demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations • Collaborating with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including product collateral, case studies, and presentations • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies across all relevant marketing channels to ensure penetration across all target segments • Building and leading a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and coaching team members • Designing and reviewing the Marketing department’s budget • Monitoring all marketing campaigns and improving them as necessary • Developing and executing account-based marketing programs to generate leads, progress opportunities, and support the sales team in closures • Managing the company's events program, including trade shows, webinars, and customer events • Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and ensure continuous improvement • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
• Experience: 12+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5+ years in a leadership role • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth • Experience building marketing processes and teams from scratch • Experience with Enterprise B2B SaaS in the Customer Experience and Fintech domain is a plus • Conversational AI domain experience will be an added advantage • Great interpersonal and communication skills • Have good negotiation skills • Preferably worked in a startup of <200 employees • Strong project management skills and attention to detail • Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus
