Description

• Implement end-to-end processes in a complex solution environment using INFOR CloudSuite™ Food & Beverage • Derive and implement defined requirements and maintain multiple scenarios • Own deployment, design enhancements, and system configurations to improve O2C business applications • Ensure applications like Customer Order Processing, Pricing & Conditions, Sales Statistics & Performance meet end-user requirements • Resolve issues within system applications and ensure applications fulfill business objectives • Assist in new software integration, impact analyses, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Translate business requirements into technical solutions by creating technical designs and configuration documents

Requirements

• Solid business understanding and ability to build relationships between business and IT • Advanced knowledge of business process management, requirements definition, solution design, and testing • Order to Cash cycle experience with M3 functional application support experience preferred • Experience with ERP implementations such as M3 Sales Management, M3 Supply Chain Execution, EDI, and Transportation Management Systems • Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment • Good command of spoken and written English; German is a plus • Valid work and residence permit for non-EU applicants
