⢠Own and deliver the sales quota in the assigned domain ⢠Design and execute domain-focused marketing and outbound campaigns together with the marketing and lead gen teams ⢠Manage and guide lead generation manager/s working on outbound activities in your domain ⢠Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing ⢠Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the chosen vertical ⢠Act as the domain ambassador for clients, aligning their industry needs with our service offerings ⢠Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness ⢠Stay on top of market and industry trends to refine the go-to-market strategy
⢠4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development services) ⢠Understanding of IT delivery models (dedicated teams, managed services, staff augmentation) ⢠Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas ⢠Strong knowledge of at least one key industry domain (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI) ⢠Experience designing or executing outbound and marketing campaigns ⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills ⢠Ability to coordinate and mentor lead generation specialists ⢠Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, highly desirable fluent German ⢠**Nice to Have** ⢠Engineering background: hands-on experience, pet projects, and/or education ⢠Existing network of contacts in the target domain ⢠Experience with CRM for campaign and pipeline management ⢠Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
