📋 Description

• Own and deliver the sales quota in the assigned domain • Design and execute domain-focused marketing and outbound campaigns together with the marketing and lead gen teams • Manage and guide lead generation manager/s working on outbound activities in your domain • Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the chosen vertical • Act as the domain ambassador for clients, aligning their industry needs with our service offerings • Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and campaign effectiveness • Stay on top of market and industry trends to refine the go-to-market strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B IT sales (outsourcing, outstaffing, or software development services) • Understanding of IT delivery models (dedicated teams, managed services, staff augmentation) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong knowledge of at least one key industry domain (Healthcare, IoT, Wearables, Robotics, Logistics, Biochemistry, Manufacturing, AI) • Experience designing or executing outbound and marketing campaigns • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to coordinate and mentor lead generation specialists • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English, highly desirable fluent German • **Nice to Have** • Engineering background: hands-on experience, pet projects, and/or education • Existing network of contacts in the target domain • Experience with CRM for campaign and pipeline management • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches
