Description

• Conducting comprehensive market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyzing user feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for new features or products. • Developing and articulating a clear vision for the product, aligned with the company’s goals and market opportunities. Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that communicates priorities and timelines to stakeholders. • Working closely with stakeholders, including customers, to identify and define features that meet user needs and business objectives. Prioritizing product features and initiatives based on value to the customer, market demand, and return on investment. • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure that the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience. Overseeing the design process to ensure that it aligns with the product vision and user needs. • Acting as the primary point of contact between development teams, marketing, customer support, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals. - Facilitating communication and collaboration across teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes. • Working closely with the development team to ensure that product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards. Using agile methodologies to manage project timelines, scope, and resources efficiently. • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively position the product and reach the target audience. Coordinating product launches, ensuring that all teams are aligned and prepared for market entry. • Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product and monitoring these metrics to evaluate success. Using data-driven insights to optimize product features and marketing strategies for better performance. • Ensuring that the product complies with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements specific to the iGaming industry. Staying informed about changes in legislation that may affect product features or marketability. • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including executives, to ensure they are informed and supportive of product strategies. Gathering and incorporating feedback from a variety of sources to continuously improve the product. • Fostering a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging experimentation and the exploration of new ideas. - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve the product, processes, and user experience based on evolving market trends and user feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in B2C or B2B products from iGaming, Gambling, or Crypto industries. • Business mindset; • User empathy; • Strong Stakeholder & Relationship Management; • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and always striving to achieve great results; • Experience managing the entire product lifecycle; • Expertise in Incident Management and escalation; • Ability to generate product ideas and validate them through A/B tests; • Understanding the values of the Agile methodology. Experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks; • Prioritization and backlog management skills; • Expertise using data to synthesize information and make decisions; • Basic HTML & CSS Knowledge; • Experience in QA and familiarity with testing processes; • Proficient in Google/Web Analytics; • Ability to define product experience metrics for ensuring stability and quality; • Fluency in Russian & English. • Locational flexibility and fully remote work.
