📋 Description

• You manage the recruiting process with a clear focus on either technically demanding IT roles, project management positions, or central business functions, ensuring a first-class candidate experience. • You build a trusting, collaborative relationship at eye level with our leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners to accurately define needs and successfully fill positions. • You support the transition from offer acceptance to seamless onboarding and work closely and cooperatively with our HR Operations team. • When needed, you proactively identify and reach out to suitable talent via relevant platforms and build a sustainable network within the communities. • You actively contribute to the development and optimization of our recruiting processes and drive the use of modern AI tools to increase efficiency in the daily workflow. • You play an active role in strengthening our employer brand and design targeted recruiting campaigns to engage specific talent groups.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an in-house role or on the side of a staffing agency or recruitment firm. • Practical experience using innovative recruiting technologies and applying AI tools to optimize your daily workflows. • You have a good sense for digital HR trends and enjoy implementing new initiatives independently. • Initial hands-on experience in designing and executing targeted campaigns and measures for employer positioning tailored to specific audiences. • You communicate at a negotiation-level in German and fluent in English.
