📋 Description

• Deliver highly effective hires, focusing on finding candidates who align with our clients’ cultures • Manage the process from start to finish, ensuring a consistent, human-centered, and well-structured candidate selection and onboarding journey • Keep the workflow moving with quality and within the expected timelines • Work directly on recruitment and selection projects within the Search unit • Report to the Lead Recruiter

🎯 Requirements

• Be highly organized from start to finish in every aspect of the role • Fully align with our values • Experience recruiting Technology professionals • Experience managing selection processes for public tenders, public-sector organizations, or government projects • Experience handling roles with non-negotiable technical requirements • Availability to work on-site once a week for professionals based in São Paulo is considered a plus
