📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional positions • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process • Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and manage offers • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding • Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience recruiting salaried professional or corporate positions • Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously • Experience working with applicant tracking systems • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
