• As an Operations Lead, your main responsibility will be to develop operational processes and systems to ensure high efficiency and client satisfaction. • You'll play a crucial role in supporting our internal team, monitoring timelines, creating reports, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. • You will also provide operations, technology, and workflow services to our clients on a project basis. • You will be our operations, workflow, and technology guru.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years experience in project support or business operations. • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Project Management certifications are preferred. • Strong proficiency in technology and workflow management. • Competence in utilising project management software.
