Description

• Design customer onboarding experience that makes joining Boulevard smooth and easy. • Design intuitive system integrations for seamless connectivity and user interaction. • Own the design process end-to-end: from requirements, research, and design, to testing and implementation. • Transform complex problems into easy to understand user interfaces. • Contribute to expanding design system and raising quality bar for product and industry. • Work with other designers to foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership in managing and delegating within large projects or multiple areas • Engaging and aligning senior stakeholders, including executives • Proven experience in product design, particularly in a B2B or SaaS environment • Deep knowledge of the end-to-end iterative design process • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Balancing exceptional design with timely delivery • Comfort in navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in a startup environment • Proficiency in modern design and collaboration tools such as Figma
