Description

• Act as the key contact point for project-specific development requirements • Analyze, define, document, and translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications and comprehensive business requirements for Dynamics 365 and PowerBI solutions and development team • Investigate, analyze, and document the client’s business processes and pain points and assist in defining and designing technical solutions to its business problems • Create and execute test cases and develop user stories to ensure project deliverables are met • Perform end to end Data validation and utilize APIs to query solution data sets and reports • Develop and refine business process maps to ensure the development of the appropriate software solution and limit any unnecessary “rework.” • Work with end users to develop test procedures to conduct thorough validation and testing of the solution • Assist with project management from development through validation and delivery

Requirements

• B.S. in Business Administration/Management or related field or equivalent experience • Proficient knowledge of business and technical standards • One (1+) or more years of experience as a business or technical analyst on teams building client-facing software • One (1+) or more years of experience preparing documentation to support the analysis results, including detailed Requirements, Process Flows, etc. • One (1+) or more years of hands-on writing, modifying, and executing SQL queries • One (1+) or more years of practical experience performing data analysis on large datasets • Competency in using SQL to discover, aggregate, and extract data is a MUST • Ability to partner and collaborate across clients and teams in multiple time zones • Fluent in switching hats between technical and business when communicating with clients and IT Teams • Experienced in designing, building, and providing full support of end-to-end enterprise solutions • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 • Human Services background is a plus
