📋 Description

• Build, manage and strategically develop relationships with brokers, broker pools and cooperation partners • Actively acquire new insurance brokers — including via innovative and digital sales channels • Sustain and expand long-term business relationships • Plan and conduct trainings, roadshows, trade shows and customer retention activities • Analyze market and competitor developments in insurance distribution • Develop and maintain your own sales and partner management system • Deliver trainings and appointments at changing locations across Germany

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or a comparable academic qualification • Solid knowledge of property and casualty insurance • Several years of experience in broker sales or field/account management • Ideally an existing network of brokers, pools or associations • Enjoy questioning existing structures and actively further developing them • High willingness to travel and independent appointment organization • Interest in digital processes and modern sales approaches • Strong communication skills, persuasiveness and a confident, professional presence
