• Proven experience in talent management and acquisition. • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. • Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Professional certification in HR or talent management is a plus.
