Description

• We’re seeking two talented and experienced senior assessment content creators to join our Assessments team. As a senior assessment content creator, you will contribute to the development of new, innovative K-12 assessments and lead a team of other content creators. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of high school Algebra or Geometry, state standards, assessment development best practices, and have a passion for teaching and learning.

Requirements

• Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards • 2+ years classroom experience teaching high school Algebra or Geometry • Interest in using new AI tools as assistants in content creation • A focus on a positive assessment experience • A motivation “to provide a free world-class education for anyone, anywhere” • Experience in K-12 assessment development, including blueprint creation and item development • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), as well as an eye for detail • Excellent time management skills • Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of other, and the ability to adopt inclusive perspectives, attitudes, and behaviors to drive inclusion and belonging throughout the organization • A positive growth mindset that is curious and energized to innovate and create something new for our students • A bias to action
