Description

• Be the global channel marketing lead for product, asset, and program launches • Manage a global communications plan and cadence for partners in all KnowBe4 Partner Programs • Collaborate with other revenue teams to create and curate content for channel & alliances partners • Be the dedicated marketing resource for the growing industry, marketplaces and alliances programs • Measure and report on partner engagement with all communication channels • Nurture and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years experience in channel & alliances marketing, specifically with a focus on partner messaging and communications • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end marketing campaigns • Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry a plus • Proficient in Salesforce CRM • Proficient in HubSpot or other marketing automation platform • Prior experience with partner relationship management (PRM) software • Strong verbal and written communications • Solid understanding of partner business models and personas • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment • Excellent time management and organization skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • 'Can do' attitude and a willingness to learn
