• Report to the executive team and lead a team of 10+ direct reports • Must have prior legal sales and leadership experience to manage and grow the business • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities • Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects • Support team for all sales and marketing efforts • Assist executive teams in rolling out contests, blitzes, projects, and other activities • Administration of systems that support the sales process
• Knowledge of legal services industry • Experience in sales and sales leadership • 10 years’ experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in managing a sales team • Results Driven • Strong expertise with pipeline management and budgeting • Customer service oriented • 4-year college degree
• Ability to work in a virtual environment • Travel as needed
